You can cancel your subscription in the app or through our website:
1. Canceling in the app (all subscriptions)
Go to Settings → Manage subscription → Select where your plan was purchased:
Web subscription (bought on ratepunk.com) - you'll see a list of your active plans and add-ons, each with its own Cancel link. Select the plan, complete the short confirmation step, and confirm:
App Store subscriptions (iOS) - Tap Google Play & App Store subscriptions -> Select your plan and tap Manage subscription. Once the App Store opens, cancel it there and confirm:
Google Play subscriptions (Android) - Tap Google Play & App Store subscriptions -> Select your plan and tap Manage subscription. Once Google Play opens, cancel it there and confirm:
Store purchases are managed by Apple and Google, so cancellation has to happen on their side. We can't do it for you from the app.
2. Canceling through our website (subscriptions bought on web only)
Go to app.ratepunk.com and log in with your registered email.
Click "My Profile" in the left sidebar
Find "Manage my plan and billing" and click "Manage"
Click "Manage" next to the plan you want to cancel
Click "Cancel Plan", fill in the short cancellation form, then confirm
After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. It simply won't renew automatically.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. See the refund FAQ below for information on how to get money back.
