Refund for the Initial purchase
If you don’t fall in love with RatePunk within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will issue you a refund, no questions asked.
Keep in mind that to request a refund, your subscription must be canceled. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps provided here, and then contact us via hi@ratepunk.com.
Refund for the Recurring charge
As outlined in our Terms&Conditions, which were accepted during the checkout process, RatePunk does not offer refunds for subscription renewal charges. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase.
To avoid renewal, a cancelation must be made at least 48 hours before the billing date by manually canceling through the self-service option on our website.
