How to cancel a subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at app.ratepunk.com/auth/sign-in
  2. Navigate to My Profile. On a computer, this is on the left side of your dashboard. On mobile, it’s in the top right corner.
  3. In the Plan and Billing section, under Active Plans, click Manage.
  4. Click Cancel Plan, complete the short form, then click Cancel Plan again to confirm.

Make sure you complete all steps — the cancellation is only confirmed once you’ve clicked Cancel Plan the second time and seen a confirmation message.

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, you'll need to cancel through Google directly:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Find your Ratepunk subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you'll need to cancel through the Apple App Store directly:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name
  2. Select Subscriptions and choose your Ratepunk subscription.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see a Cancel button (or you see an expiration message in red), your subscription has already been canceled.

After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. It simply won’t renew automatically.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. See the refund FAQ below for information on how to get money back.
