Please follow these steps to cancel the subscription:
Log in to your account on our website: https://app.ratepunk.com/auth/sign-in
Navigate to My Profile: this section is located on the left side of your account dashboard.
In the Plan and Billing section under Active Plans, click on Manage. A new window will appear.
Click on Cancel Plan, then complete the form with questions and confirm by clicking Cancel Plan again.
Make sure you complete all steps to cancel your subscription successfully.
