If you see a charge from Ratepunk and aren’t sure where it came from, it’s likely because a membership was started at some point - sometimes during a sign-up flow that wasn’t completed with full awareness of the billing.
Here’s how to check:
Log in at app.ratepunk.com/auth/sign-in using the email address associated with the charge.
Go to My Profile → Plan and Billing to see your active subscriptions.
If you don’t recognise the charge and believe it was made in error, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it for you.
Tip: Check all email addresses you may have used - accounts are sometimes created under a different address than expected.
