Why was I charged? I don’t remember signing up

If you see a charge from Ratepunk and aren’t sure where it came from, it’s likely because a membership was started at some point - sometimes during a sign-up flow that wasn’t completed with full awareness of the billing.

Here’s how to check:

  • Log in at app.ratepunk.com/auth/sign-in using the email address associated with the charge.

  • Go to My Profile → Plan and Billing to see your active subscriptions.

  • If you don’t recognise the charge and believe it was made in error, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it for you.

Tip: Check all email addresses you may have used - accounts are sometimes created under a different address than expected.
