Why have I been charged twice?

Two charges appearing on the same day is almost always because you purchased more than one product during the sign-up process — for example, a base membership and an Elite or Bundle Deals upgrade. These are billed as separate transactions.

However, if you genuinely believe you were charged twice for the same product, please get in touch with our support team. We’ll check your account and confirm exactly what each charge was for.

Note: If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, some charges may appear separately in your Google account rather than directly from Ratepunk.
