I cancelled my subscription but was still charged - what should I do?

If you believe you cancelled but were still charged, there are a couple of things worth checking first:

  • Did you complete all cancellation steps? The process requires clicking Cancel Plan twice and confirming via the form. If you stopped partway through, the cancellation may not have been registered.

  • Did you cancel via the app or website? If your subscription was purchased through Google Play or App Store, cancellation must be done through Google or Apple - cancelling on our website won’t affect a Google Play or Apple App subscription.

  • Could there be a second subscription? It’s possible to have more than one active plan, and cancelling one may not affect the other.
