To update the card on file for your Ratepunk subscription:
Log in at app.ratepunk.com/auth/sign-in.
Go to My Profile → Plan and Billing.
Select the subscription you’d like to update and click Manage.
Follow the prompts to enter your new payment details.
If your subscription is managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, payment details are updated in your Google or Apple account settings, not on the Ratepunk website.
If you’re having trouble updating your payment method, contact support, and we’ll assist you.
