Cancelling a subscription and closing your account are two separate things. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but keeps your account active.
To request full account deletion:
Contact our support team at support@ratepunk.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
Include the email address associated with your account.
Our team will process the deletion and confirm once it’s complete.
Please note that account deletion is permanent. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting deletion to ensure no further charges occur.
